PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Designed for senior and upper-middle level regulators/supervisors, the program will focus on developing participants’ capability to implement change in their organisations effectively, make difficult decisions in a timely manner, and deal with stakeholders. It will use the Toronto Centre’s action planning methodology and mini case-study approach, complemented with case-studies from Asia. There will also be sessions to help regulators gain insights on key topics such as corporate governance, crisis management and climate finance.

The program will be conducted in English.
LOCATION
This program will be conducted at Amara Singapore Hotel (165 Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088539), Connection 1 & 2 (Level 3), on 26 to 30 August in Singapore. As part of the official program, the participants will also need to join a pre-program briefing on Day Zero (22 Aug) which would be conducted virtually via Zoom.
There is no course fee for this program. Participants are to cover the costs of airfares, local transportation, hotel accommodation, medical insurance, meals and other expenses for the period of stay in Singapore

Registration deadline is Monday, July 29, 2024. One or two representatives from each institution are encouraged to attend. Please apply early (space is limited).
The program is designed for mid- to senior-level staff and managers involved in securities regulation and supervision. Participants should have at least three years of working experience in securities supervision, analysis, or policy, and be proficient in English.
