Objectives

This cross-cutting program is aimed at enhancing the ability of the financial sector regulators and supervisors to design and supervise the regulatory framework that promotes the fair treatment of consumers and supports the trust of consumers in the financial system, using a risk-based approach.  Each day of the program will focus on different aspects of market conduct supervision.  Training will also be provided on communication with key stakeholders, which is an essential skill to be employed in the area of market conduct supervision, where a wide variety of stakeholders are involved.

Target Audience         

The program is designed for at middle-to-senior level officials from supervisory and regulatory agencies in Zambia. 

Medium of Instruction

The course will be conducted in English.
